Since 1928 the Don Cesar–lovingly referred to as the “Pink Palace”–has been the crown jewel of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Amid a major renovation, this luxury resort turned to our team to lead a refresh of two of their dining offerings. Our team dug into a storied history, colorful guest list, and legendary past of the hotel to craft a new vision for a vibrant future.

Poolside hospitality. This poolside F&B outlet got a new name and logo mark that stayed true to the beach-side theme, while calling attention to the sunset deck and warm Florida rays that makes this dining and imbibing experience unforgettable.





Gulf elegance. The name for this elegant indoor/outdoor dining post evokes the dazzling high-life experienced by guests at the Don for generations, while the mark gives a nod to some of the Gulf Coast's most majestic fauna.
