Design a memorable tradeshow experience for VCA that tells a cohesive story through its connected care network, technology, and culture. By highlighting these elements through Associates, the booth will engage veterinarians, students, and technicians while showcasing VCA’s innovations and supportive workplace.

Clever leveraged audience research and tradeshow insights to create impactful concepts and a cohesive theme that drives engagement across the attendee journey.
Through a fun, engaging booth, we showcased VCA’s technology, highlighted benefits for clients and Associates, and subtly conveyed its positive culture to position VCA as a desirable employer.
Energy Positive evolved from an internal Associate campaign and became a powerful strategy at the tradeshow by carrying that message through to attendees. We created a space for them to recharge amidst the busy convention while showcasing The Power of VCA through bold colors, lively graphics, and dynamic design. Energized photography and oversized type brought the theme to life, creating a vibrant atmosphere that highlighted VCA’s culture, innovation, and commitment to its community.

THE ACTIVATION
We developed an AI Pet Portrait experience that captured each attendee’s pet’s unique personality and transformed it into a custom digital portrait. This interactive, shareable moment drew attendees in while highlighting VCA’s innovation and playful brand spirit.
