The VCA Energy Campaign was designed to help Associates manage their energy while promoting health and well-being resources in a supportive, joyful way. The initiative includes an engagement toolkit to help Associates recognize low energy, find personalized ways to re-energize, and connect with VCA resources. This resulted in "Taking Care of Our Energy," a multifaceted campaign with a care package full of Breathe Stickers, Wellness Trackers, along with Digital Touch Points, all designed to make Associates feel supported.
